Some strange Drawing III assignment...we had a lot of freedom to kind of use whatever medium we wanted and stuff...I'd try to explain the assignment, but I didn't quite understand it myself.

Rendered drawings of a scapula/shoulder in charcoal and chalk pencils...
Scalpels printed out and applied with glue and water...
Blood done in watercolor/acrylic...

Note the fingerprints, I thought that was a nice touch.

Awe, Lidiya beat me to the sarcastic response.

Honestly, it is very nice looking. I think you've done something that a lot of people don't do at our age and level--have color in something that is "black." Maybe it's just the picture or scan, but it seems that in the highlights of your bones, there isn't just "white," but a variety of colors and shades. Frankly, it's a lot more realistic, and much more satisfying to look at. Nice work.

Thanks for the detailed comment, I really appreciate it. Way better than Lidiya's shit comment, especially since she already saw the actually drawing in class, haha.

it's really nice.
and the fact that you don't understand your own art, it's awesome that way because i think that's what a real artist should feel with expressing any emotion or thought by color and objects. great job with everything :)
i particulary like the bone's lighting and it's extreme dark shading the most; there are intense charcoal shading there i must say.
